About Us
AiYaDianzi Tech is the brand of Xi'an Aiya Qinya Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2023 in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. We focus on two things: WeChat mini-program products, and productivity tools for indie developers and small teams.
What we've built
- Multiple WeChat mini programs across community, utility, and content scenarios, serving hundreds of thousands of users;
- An in-house image and file processing toolchain — batch product-photo compression, ID-photo edge repair, and more;
- An overseas SaaS product, with end-to-end practice in subscriptions, webhook reconciliation, and cross-border settlement;
- Design, operations, and SEO for several content and tool websites.
Timeline
- 2023: company founded; first mini program shipped, full dev-review-ops loop established;
- 2024: portfolio grew across multiple mini programs and web tools; content-safety and compliance review processes built;
- 2025: in-house toolchain productized; overseas product launched with cross-border payments working;
- 2026: experience distilled into public articles and free online tools — the site you're reading now.
Our content principles
Three self-imposed rules: we only write what we've actually done — every article traces to a real project; tools must genuinely work — every tool here is a full implementation, not a demo; we collect no data we don't need — everything runs locally, and the Privacy Policy states exactly what is and isn't collected.
Why we publish our experience
Learning as a small team is expensive, and high-quality hands-on content is scarce. Publishing our payment-migration debugging, mini-program compliance checklists, and toolchain lessons gives back to the community — and forces us to turn experience into reusable assets. Every conclusion here is traceable to a real project; challenge and extend it via the contact page.
